An Awesome Colour Pallet for 2015. Charcoal | Grey | Black | Orange

We love this colour combination!

It sounds like a pallet for a kids room, right? Wrong. This colour pallet when pulled together correctly looks absolutely fantastic in any room in your home. It has a sense of style, a sense of calm, and is right up to the minute when it comes to interior colour schemes. The key to this pallet is to make sure you have plenty of texture in the room. We are not talking about the 1970's "plastic-fantastic" orange--hopefully we have all evolved on from that era.

Instead, you want to create a homey, stylish space.

For this pallet we like the grey or charcoal as the ready made curtain, grey or cream tone flooring, and off-white walls. The orange becomes the accent, so use it sparingly in cushions, throws or accent furniture. Try it in an arm chair, coffee table, or lamp. To soften the look and keep the starkness at bay, choose earthy brown greys rather than blue greys for your accent. The good thing about grey is both warm and cool tones complement each other.
