14 DAY RETURNS
We offer a no-fuss 14-day return policy. Unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you, we ask that the item(s):
- not be removed from the packaging
- returned in the same state that you received it so it can be resold
- you will be responsible for the return postage costs
- Please note that Made-to-Measure or Custom-Made items are not refundable unless they are faulty
