FAQS

How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
We will try to dispatch your item within 24 hours of payment. However please note that during busy periods this can take up to 48 hours.

How long after dispatch should I expect delivery?
We use Australia post for all deliveries and the approximate Australia post delivery times are as follows:

Melbourne Metro - next day delivery
Sydney & Brisbane Metro - 2 business days
Adelaide Metro - 3 business days
Perth & Darwin Metro - 5 business days
Tasmania - 3 business days 

All regional orders - the delivery time will take longer depending on the state and region. These delivery times should be used as a guide only. 

 

Do you use tracking numbers for your deliveries?

For larger orders (generally over $80.00) and orders to regional areas we use receipted delivery with a tracking number. You will need to sign for your item. If you are not home a slip will be left in your mail box and you will need to collect the item from the post office. Sometimes the postal service does not leave the card. If your item has not arrived ontime then it could be worth contacting your local post office to see if it is there.

You will be emailed everytime your order is updated. ie notifying you when we have recieved payment and when your item has been posted with any tracking numbers.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes

 My item has not arrived, what do I do?

 If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery window.

1. Cheack with your local post office, most of the time it is waiting for you there

2. Contact us via the contact page to let us know that your item has not arrived. We will look into this ASAP and get back to you. All our orders are weighed and receipted prior to dispatch so we have thorough records of all goods leaving our warehouse and we will be able to rectify this. Please understand that from time to time Australia Post parcels can take a little longer than expected.

Can I pickup from your warehouse?

 

Yes you can by prior arrangement. Phone 0438324670 to make a time. Our warehouse is located on the Mornington Peninsula.

 

RETURNS

Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a no fuss return policy. Let us know that you would like to return the item for exchange or refund via ebay. Your item needs to be returned within 14 days in the original packaging as recieved. The return address is located on your invoice which accompanies the goods. Please include a note with your Name as it appears on your order and what item you are wanting to exchange it for or if you would like a refund. If you have paid via bank deposit you will need to leave your bank details. Otherwise all refunds will be deposited back into your paypal account.

Return postage costs are your responsibility and the refund will be less any postage charges incurred
