Ready Made Items : We will try to dispatch your item within 24 hours of payment. However please note that during busy periods this can take up to 48 hours.

Custom Made Items : We will try to dispatch your item within 5 Business days of payment. However please note that during busy periods this can take up to 7 Days.

Ready Made Items (In Stock Items)

We use Australia post for delivery of Ready Made items and the approximate Australia post delivery times are as follows:

  • Melbourne Metro - next day delivery
  • Sydney & Brisbane Metro - 2 business days
  • Adelaide Metro - 3 business days
  • Perth & Darwin Metro - 5 business days
  • Tasmania - 3 business days

All regional orders - the delivery time will take longer depending on the state and region. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Custom Made Items

Curtains: We use DHL for all our custom made curtains and delivery time once the item is dispatched is 3 - 5 days. 3 Days for major cities.

Blinds: We use Direct Freight Express for all our Blinds. Delivery time is

  • Melbourne Metro - next day delivery
  • Sydney & Brisbane Metro - 2-3 business days
  • Adelaide Metro - 3 business days
  • Perth & Darwin Metro - 5-7 business days
  • Tasmania - 3-4 business days

 

Do you use tracking numbers for your deliveries?cms-faq-icon.png

Yes all our items have tracking numbers and you will be emailed the number the day following dispatch.

You will be emailed every time your order is updated. ie notifying you when we have received payment and when your item has been shipped with any tracking numbers.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes? cms-faq-icon.png

Yes: Ready Made items can be delivered to a PO BOX

NO: Custom Curtains and Blinds cannot be delivered to a PO BOX

My item has not arrived, what do I do? cms-faq-icon.png

If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery window

1. Check with your local post office, most of the time it is waiting for you there

2. Contact us via the contact page to let us know that your item has not arrived. We will look into this ASAP and get back to you. All our orders are weighed and receipted prior to dispatch so we have thorough records of all goods leaving our warehouse and we will be able to rectify this. Please understand that from time to time Australia Post parcels can take a little longer than expected.

Can I pickup from your warehouse? cms-faq-icon.png

Yes you can by prior arrangement. Phone 0422584155 to make a time. Our warehouse is located on the Mornington Peninsula.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?cms-faq-icon.png

Yes: Ready Made Items.

We offer a no fuss return policy. Let us know that you would like to return the item for exchange or refund. Your item needs to be returned within 14 days in the original packaging as received. The return address is located on your invoice which accompanies the goods. Please include a note with your Name as it appears on your order and what item you are wanting to exchange it for or if you would like a refund. If you have paid via bank deposit you will need to leave your bank details.

Return postage costs are your responsibility and the refund will be less any postage charges incurred
