How long after payment will you dispatch my item?cms-faq-icon.png

Ready Made Items : We will try to dispatch your item within 24 hours of payment. However, please note that during busy periods this can take up to 72 hours.

Custom Made Items : We will try to dispatch within 5 business days or earlier.

How long after dispatch should I expect delivery?cms-faq-icon.png

Ready Made Items :

We use Australia Post for all deliveries and the approximate Australia post delivery times are as follows:

Melbourne Metro - next day delivery
Sydney & Brisbane Metro - two business days
Adelaide Metro - three business days
Perth & Darwin Metro - five business days
Tasmania - three business days

All regional orders — the delivery time will take longer depending on the state and region. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Custom Made Items :

Curtains will be sent using DHL. Metro areas delivery within 3-5 business days. Regional areas can take up to 10 days.

Blinds will be sent via Direct Freight Express.

Do you use tracking numbers for your deliveries?cms-faq-icon.png

Yes. We use tracking numbers for all deliveries. Your tracking number will be emailed to you the day your Ready Made items are dispatched and the following day after dispatch for Custom Made items.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? cms-faq-icon.png

Yes. For Ready Made items only. (Courier services such as DHL cannot deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes)

My item has not arrived, what do I do? cms-faq-icon.png

If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please email us and let us know that your item has not arrived. We will look into this ASAP and get back to you. All our orders are weighed and receipted prior to dispatch so we have thorough records of all goods leaving our warehouse, and we will be able to rectify this. Please understand that from time to time Australia Post parcels can take a little longer than expected.

Yes, you can pick up Ready Made items only from our warehouse on the Mornington Peninsula by prior arrangement. Phone 0422584155 to schedule a time.
