Ready-made Curtains : A Flat Rate of $9.95 will be charged regardless of how many items you purchase. If you order 8 items it is still only $9.95

Ready-made Rods and Track : $9.95 per track or rod

Custom-made or made-to-measure items with or without tracks: $9.95 will be charged per window.

How long after payment will you dispatch my item?cms-faq-icon.png

Ready-made Items: We will dispatch your item next business day after payment of your item. Please note that during Black Friday we get swamped and we may take a few extra days to get your item out the door. 

Custom Made Items: We will try to dispatch within 7-10 business days or earlier (Custom Curtains and All Blinds). The earlier you place your order the better. The further into the sale we go lead times extend. Get in early if you want pre pre-holiday delivery

"Don't say we didn't warn you" Delivery times do stretch out; we can only make so many curtains a day, and we do our best to keep up.

Ready Made Items :

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, and the approximate Australia Post delivery times are as follows:

Melbourne Metro - next day delivery
Sydney & Brisbane Metro - two business days
Adelaide Metro - three business days
Perth & Darwin Metro - five business days
Tasmania - three business days

All regional orders — the delivery time will take longer depending on the state and region. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Custom-Made Items :

Curtains will be sent using DHL. Metro areas deliver within 10 business days. Regional areas can take up to 15 days.

Blinds will be sent via Direct Freight Express or Hunter Express.

Adelaide Metro - three or four business days
Perth & Darwin Metro - five or six business days

Do you use tracking numbers for your deliveries?cms-faq-icon.png

Yes. We use tracking numbers for all deliveries. Your tracking number will be emailed to you the day your Ready Made items are dispatched and the following day after dispatch for Custom Made items.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? cms-faq-icon.png

Yes. For Ready Made items only. (Courier services such as DHL cannot deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes)

My item has not arrived. What do I do? cms-faq-icon.png

If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please email us and let us know that your item has not arrived. We will look into this ASAP and get back to you. All our orders are weighed and receipted prior to dispatch so we have thorough records of all goods leaving our warehouse, and we will be able to rectify this. Please understand that from time to time, Australia Post, DHL and Direct Freight Express and Hunter Express parcels can take a little longer than expected.

No - during Black friday this is not possible.

Can I return my item if I change my mind? cms-faq-icon.png

Yes. We offer a no-fuss return policy for READY-made items (Custom-made Curtains and Blinds, there is no return for change of mind). Let us know that you would like to return the item for exchange or refund by emailing info@quickfitblindsandcurtains.com.au . Your item needs to be returned within 14 days in the original packaging as received. The return address is located on your invoice, which accompanies the goods. Please include a note with your Name as it appears on your order, and we will inspect the item and refund you as soon as possible. Return postage costs are your responsibility, and there will be a small restocking fee of $9.95. You can then place a new order for the item that you are after.

Terms & Conditions

At Quickfit Blinds and Curtains, we stand behind our product! That's why we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee for all Ready Made Items. (There is a no return policy for change of mind on custom and made-to-measure items for obvious reasons) If, for any reason, a Quickfit Blinds and Curtains customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding the associated delivery cost, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

  • In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Quickfit Blinds and Curtains Support via email to info@quickfitblindsandcurtains.com.au within 14 days of taking delivery of their Quickfit Blinds and Curtains Product and request a refund. The customer must comply with the directions of Quickfit Blinds and Curtains staff in order to facilitate a refund.
  • We do not offer exchanges - we offer a refund it is a more seamless process and easier and faster for everyone. You can then just go ahead and purchase the item you require.
  • Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price, excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer's order and the $9.95 restocking fee.
  • The 14-day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their Quickfit Blinds and Curtains product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
  • The Quickfit Blinds and Curtains product must be returned within 14 days in the original packaging fit for resale.
  • Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost.
  • Returned products must be returned in accordance outlined below.
  • This includes:
    • Being returned in the original packaging. If you wish to return the item because the colour is not what you expected or you have changed your mind, the item cannot be removed from the packaging.
    • Goods are to be returned at your cost
    • A small $9.95 restocking fee will be charged and deducted from your refund
    • Allow 24 hrs for our warehouse to inspect the goods once they have been received into our warehouse (during Black Friday, we will require up to 72 hours)

     

    NOTE: Made-to-Measure items (this includes Custom-Made Curtains and Roller Blinds) cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect measuring, or incorrect colour choice. We suggest you order fabric swatches before ordering.

    After receiving the returned Quickfit Blinds and Curtains Products, Quickfit Blinds and Curtains will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable, and the customer will be provided with an e-mail acknowledgement. Refunds will be processed in the same way you paid. Quickfit Blinds and Curtains accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.

    Quickfit Blinds and Curtains reserves the right to make changes to these 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
