How much will my shipping cost? 
Ready-Made Curtains : Flat rate of $9.95 per order, regardless of quantity. Excludes S-Fold Curtain Track Sets, Tracks & Rods.
Ready-made S-Fold Curtain & Track Sets : Shipping is charged per set at $9.95.
Ready-made Rods and Track : $9.95 per track or rod.
Custom-made or made-to-measure items with or without tracks : $9.95 will be charged per window.
How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
Ready-made Items: We will dispatch your item next business day after payment of your item. Please note that during our EOFY Sale we get swamped and we may take a few extra days to get your item out the door.
Custom Made Items: We will try to dispatch within 7-10 business days or earlier (Custom Curtains and All Blinds). The earlier you place your order the better. The further into the sale we go lead times extend. Get in early if you want pre-holiday delivery. Current Lead-Time for Custom Curtains is 6 days.
"Don't say we didn't warn you" Delivery times do stretch out; we can only make so many curtains a day, and we do our best to keep up.
How long after dispatch should I expect delivery?
Ready Made Items :
Our ready-made curtains are dispatched from Melbourne, and we use Australia Post for all deliveries. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Same state: 2–4 business days
Interstate: 3–6 business days
Regional & remote areas: May take longer depending on the location
Please note: These timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary during peak periods or due to network delays. Some of our rods will be shipped from our Brisbane warehouse.

Do you use tracking numbers for your deliveries?
Yes. We use tracking numbers for all deliveries. Your tracking number will be emailed to you the day your Ready Made items are dispatched and the following day after dispatch for Custom Made items.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? 
Yes. For Ready Made items only. (Courier services such as DHL cannot deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes)
My item has not arrived. What do I do? 
If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery window (Our current delivery estimate will be indicated on your original order confirmation if you are purchasing later in the sale leadtimes will be longer. This will be estimated on your order confirmation), please email us and let us know that your item has not arrived. We will look into this ASAP and get back to you. All our orders are weighed and receipted prior to dispatch so we have thorough records of all goods leaving our warehouse, and we will be able to rectify this. Please understand that from time to time, Australia Post, DHL and Direct Freight Express and Hunter Express parcels can take a little longer than expected.
Can I pick up from your warehouse? 
No - during the EOFY SALE this is not possible.
Can I return my item if I change my mind? 
Yes. We offer a no-fuss return policy for READY-made items (Custom-made Curtains and Blinds, there is no return for change of mind). Let us know that you would like to return the item for exchange or refund by emailing info@quickfitblindsandcurtains.com.au . Your item needs to be returned within 14 days in the original packaging as received. The return address is located on your invoice, which accompanies the goods. Please include a note with your Name as it appears on your order, and we will inspect the item and refund you as soon as possible. Return postage costs are your responsibility, and there will be a small restocking fee of $9.95. You can then place a new order for the item that you are after.
My item is not as described or is faulty?

14 Day Money Back Returns 
Terms & Conditions
At Quickfit Blinds and Curtains, we stand behind our product! That's why we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee for all Ready Made Items. (There is a no return policy for change of mind on custom and made-to-measure items for obvious reasons.) If, for any reason, a Quickfit Blinds and Curtains customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding the associated delivery cost, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
- In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Quickfit Blinds and Curtains Support via email to info@quickfitblindsandcurtains.com.au within 14 days of taking delivery and request a refund. The customer must comply with staff instructions to facilitate the return.
- We do not offer exchanges. We offer refunds only, as this is a faster and more seamless process.
- Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the purchase price excluding delivery costs and a $9.95 restocking fee.
- The 14-day period begins from the date the customer accepts delivery. Where proof of delivery is unavailable, this will be assumed to be 3 business days after dispatch.
- The product must be returned within 14 days in original packaging suitable for resale.
- Customers must return the products at their own cost.
- Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Items cannot be removed from packaging if returned for change of mind or colour
- Return shipping is at customer cost
- A $9.95 restocking fee applies and will be deducted from refund
- Allow 24 hours for inspection (up to 72 hours during peak sale periods)
NOTE: Made-to-Measure items (including Custom-Made Curtains and Roller Blinds) cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect measuring, or colour selection. We recommend ordering fabric swatches before purchasing.
After receiving returned items, Quickfit Blinds and Curtains will process refunds as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
