Install Tips:
S-Fold curtains sit below the track, so your track will be visible. We’ve made sure ours is a ceiling-white track that blends in beautifully. The folds sit approx. 4-5cm in front and 4-5cm behind the track, so allow at least 5cm clearance from your wall or window for the perfect hang.

The delivery cost for your curtains is $9.95 per set or window. You will be provided with a tracking number and they will be delivered to your door via DHL Express.
Payment options. You can pay for your curtains via Bank Deposit, PayPal, Afterpay or Credit Card.
The ordering process is very simple:
- Choose your Fabric and Colour.
 - Measure the length of where you want your S-fold track to go. Remember your track will go past your window on both sides, so make sure to measure for the track, not the window.

 - If you are measuring from the Ceiling, measure with your tape measure down to the floor, then deduct 1-2cm, so your curtain will sit just above it. If you are measuring from a point on the wall above the window, measure from where you want your track to be and again deduct 1-2cm. S-fold curtains work best at floor length or just above.
 - Select the opening (1 curtain opening to the side - Side Opening, or 2 curtains opening in the middle - Centre Opening.)
 - If you are ordering more than one curtain, write a room name for each one so that you can organise your installation easily when you receive them.

How much will my shipping cost? 
            Ready Made Items : A Flat Rate of $9.95 will be charged regardless of how many items you purchase. If you order 8 items it is still only $9.95
Custom Made or made To Measure Items and Rods or Track : $9.95 will be charged per window.
How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
            Ready Made Items : We will try to dispatch your item within 24 hours of payment. However, please note that during busy periods this can take up to 72 hours.
Custom Made Items : We will try to dispatch within 5 business days or earlier.
How long after dispatch should I expect delivery?

We use Australia Post for all deliveries and the approximate Australia post delivery times are as follows:

Sydney & Brisbane Metro - two business days
Adelaide Metro - three business days

Custom Made Items :
Curtains will be sent using DHL. Metro areas delivery within 3-5 business days. Regional areas can take up to 10 days.
Blinds will be sent via Direct Freight Express or Hunter Express.

Do you use tracking numbers for your deliveries?
            Yes. We use tracking numbers for all deliveries. Your tracking number will be emailed to you the day your Ready Made items are dispatched and the following day after dispatch for Custom Made items.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? 
            Yes. For Ready Made items only. (Courier services such as DHL cannot deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes)
My item has not arrived, what do I do? 
            If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please email us and let us know that your item has not arrived. We will look into this ASAP and get back to you. All our orders are weighed and receipted prior to dispatch so we have thorough records of all goods leaving our warehouse, and we will be able to rectify this. Please understand that from time to time Australia Post, DHL and Direct Freight Express parcels can take a little longer than expected.
Can I pick up from your warehouse? 
            Yes, you can pick up Ready Made items only from our warehouse on the Mornington Peninsula by prior arrangement. Phone 0422584155 to schedule a time.
Can I return my item if I change my mind? 
            Yes. We offer a no fuss return policy for READY MADE ITEMS (Custom Made Curtains and Blinds there is no return for change of mind). Let us know that you would like to return the item for exchange or refund by emailing info@quickfitblindsandcurtains.com.au Your item needs to be returned within 14 days in the original packaging as received. The return address is located on your invoice which accompanies the goods. Please include a note with your Name as it appears on your order and what item you are wanting to exchange it for or if you would like a refund. Return postage costs are your responsibility and the refund will be less any postage charges incurred
My item is not as described or faulty?

14 Day Money Back Returns 
                Terms & Conditions
At Quickfit Blinds and Curtains, we stand behind our product! That's why we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, a Quickfit Blinds and Curtains customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated delivery cost, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
- In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Quickfit Blinds and Curtains Support via email to info@quickfitblindsandcurtains.com.au within 14 days of taking delivery of their Quickfit Blinds and Curtains Product and request a refund or exchange. The customer must comply with the directions of Quickfit Blinds and Curtains staff in order to facilitate a refund or exchange.
 - Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer's order.
 - The 14 day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their Quickfit Blinds and Curtains product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
 - The Quickfit Blinds and Curtains product must be returned within 14 days. conditions.
 - Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost.
 - Returned products must be returned in accordance with the Refunds and Returns section outlined.
 - This includes:
 - Being returned in the original packaging. If you are wishing to return the item because the colour is not what you expected or you changed your mind, the item cannot be removed from the packaging.
 
NOTE: Made-to-Measure items (this includes Custom-Made Curtains and Roller Blinds) cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect measuring, or incorrect colour choice. We suggest you order fabric swatches before ordering.
After receiving the returned Quickfit Blinds and Curtains Products, Quickfit Blinds and Curtains will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable, and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. Quickfit Blinds and Curtains accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
