This style of curtain is a great way for you introduce colour into your space. The colour block curtain is exactly as it sounds. A curtain with two colours. Design it yourself! These curtains are made from two solid colours sewn together. Generally with a lighter colour at the top and the darker complimentary colour at the bottom. These add structure and height to your room and look fantastic. They will add a real designer element to your room and - best of all - you can use a colour combination that draws your room's interior colour scheme together. These are custom made to your size, width, and colour combination. Choose your own header style from eyelet to for a relaxed modern feel, the reverse tab top for a simple wave like look, or a pleated style for the more opulent designer look. - Sheer Curtains. A very popular look is the sheer curtain in grey/charcoal or white. Often covering the entire wall and with a pinch pleat header style. Gaining momentum is the sheer curtain with the lead weighted bottom to keep the curtain hanging down straight. Equally as popular is the eyelet or ring top header. It is a cheap, no fuss solution to dress up a window and is super easy to install. Hang them on their own for a bit of 'tarting up', drape them beside your roller blinds or venetian blinds to add some softness and introduce colour, or use them for privacy and light filtering. Whatever your bent the sheer curtain has definitely made a comeback and moved miles from grandma's lace floral net curtains. Thumbs up to Sheer Curtains for 2015.
There are a load of options for you if you feel a lean toward the sheer curtain. Personally I love sheer curtains and have them in my own home. It adds softness, filtered light and privacy. You can find an assortment of styles and fabrications here at Sheer Curtains. Ready made off the shelf ones or custom made for the perfect fit, both curtains are available online.
